Located in the enjoyable zone, it was a right place for walking around. The location was incredible and exceptionally nice, quite a walk from old town. You could walk to a market and shops.

The place is quaint and fairly clean. The staff is good and informative. The rooms are absolutely stunning and fabulous and they have central heating, an iron, and coffee/tea makers. As for me, the location is great and unique, on the quay. Also, it is near to the bar/restaurant, the ferries and shops and attractions including the Dartmouth Castle, ferries, steam railway. A main bar fits in the hotels' individual atmosphere.

The setting was marvellous and unique, close to the two bars and the restaurant, historic Dartmouth and attractions including the Dartmouth Castle, ferries, steam railway. Besides, Fast Rabbit Farm Gardens was 4 km away from the property. I got the double room, it was fantastic and fabulous. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, used central heating, an iron, and coffee/tea makers. The staff there were charming and good.

Rooms with a view had a charming atmosphere. It was based in very very good building in a perfect and exceptionally nice location, close to the ferry to Greenway. Also, Robert Dundas wasn’t far. The main bar was a plus. Highly recommended for walking around.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor, and the bed was old.

I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay in a long time. Everything was lovely, including helpful and very attentive staff. Enjoyed the individual atmosphere and the breakfast was good. Stayed in modern double room with comfortable beds, 2 hairdryers, as for instance. This hotel was set in a central area close to centre of town, the river to the front and the ferry to Greenway. Dined at Andria, it was not too far away from the venue. Overall the service was exceptional.

Its location is absolutely perfect and incredible, really close to Quayside, the ferries and Dartmouth for years. There's Rockfish offering takeout a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue. It is undoubtedly a well-maintained and lovely historic option when you are in Dartmouth.

Near greenway, 15 minutes' walk to Kingswear train station. We could see national trust from our window. We loved stuff and breakfast in this hotel, it was suitable for us. You can fastly get to anzac street bistro, that is just 100 metres away;)))
